This Week is Full of Excitement at KeyTherion!

Last week PropTechBuzz found us on LinkedIn and dropped a comment asking us to submit our product. So Friday night, in the midst of an out of town cheer comp, through the chatter of cheer moms and cheerleaders running the halls of the hotel we submitted KeyTherion.

Now, this Thursday, KeyTherion drops on PropTechBuzz and we are so excited! This reiterates to us that the industry is ready for a permanent digital record for every home and we are here for it.

Why Contractors Agree......

KeyTherion was never created as a “tech play.” What do we know about tech? That is what we have AJ for, he is the developer aka whack a mole master! He helps keep Alex and I grounded and educated about realistic timelines.

KeyTherion erupted from first hand experience through AGM Roofing & Sheet Metal. We saw the chaos of photos saved all over the place, warranty info in random drawers, crews needing a centralized place to send and receive information from the homeowners. KeyTherion connects homeowners and contractors together through one portal. Homeowners are given the gift of a full home history, document storage, photo storage and so much more! Contractors are given a full service portal that directly links to the homeowners house. No more duplicate documents!

When AGM started to log projects and introduce this to homeowners the overall feel was excitement. Homeowners no longer needing to track paperwork, google up a phone number or rack their brains trying to figure out who it was that installed their gutters. All they need to do is open KeyTherion and look at their home timeline. From there they can either message from the system or give them a call.
